CHILDREN’S PRIVACY – Prospera is committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Our Site and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
DO NOT TRACK – California Business & Professions Code section 22575(b) (as amended) provides that California residents are entitled to know how a website operator responds to “Do Not Track”(DNT) browser settings. Some browsers or other tools include DNT features which, when turned on, send a signal to websites you visit indicating that you do not wish to be tracked across websites over time. The Worldwide Web Consortium has been working with industry groups and regulators to develop a DNT browser technology standard to provide a standard for interpreting the DNT signals, but to date no final standard has been adopted. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS – California Civil Code section 1798.83 permits users who are California residents to request and obtain certain information regarding Prospera’s disclosure of personal information (if any) to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an e-mail to or write us at the address listed below. We will provide a list of the categories of PII disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. Only one request may be made during the calendar year and are free of charge.
