We explore all opportunities for the near future and long-term, and manage our development growth to have numerous projects in the pipeline at all times as it takes years to conceive, design, finance, build, and open a hotel. Our expert team has more than 100 years of combined design, contracting, and development collective experience and oversees every phase of development, including acquisition, debt and equity financing, entitlement process, project design, construction, rehabilitation, repositioning, and asset management. Since our first property in 2002, we have developed a track record of on-budget, on-time, and on-strategy design and development of many creative and unique hotel projects that have earned us numerous Developer of the Year awards.

Design + Construction

We believe that a unique understanding of each brand is the key to great design. We aspire to create a timeless, creative design for each property, using inspiration from a variety of sources like the beauty of nature or the historical roots and culture of the market in which we are developing. By researching demographics, we work hard to formulate a story for every design scheme. Prospera offers In-House Design Services and/or collaborates with a talented team of designers to materialize cost-efficient designs that translate beyond brand standards into a memorable guest experience. Our holistic, distinctive design strategy and dedication to research has made our work renowned for its exceptional quality among our brand partners. Our strategy includes Concept Development, Furnishing Design, Planning & Design, On-site Design Coordination, Brand Standards Implementation, and Project Management.

Thereafter, our In-House Construction team brings the Design Story to life. We self-perform on a variety of building trades, which allows us to maintain careful control throughout the entirety of the construction process. We are able to lower construction costs and create value while still ensuring a high-end, quality product. Our team diligently leads the project through Pre-Construction, Construction & Design Build, and Construction Management.

Management Services

Our expertise in management includes both asset management and on-site property management.
