Transforming Communities

We Believe in the Power of Community

At Prospera, we believe in the power of community. Time and time again, we actively partner with various philanthropic organizations in the communities in which we develop. We leverage the strength of our team members and utilize the resources within the company to further support these alliances with a deeper commitment to improving these communities. Our investments have changed the landscape of the markets in which we have developed and have offered meaningful impact for the respective communities.

One of our core beliefs helps us adhere to the following philosophy: wherever we conduct business, we must also work to understand what is important to the local community. We work hard to recognize the challenges each community possesses and strive to have a meaningful impact in every one of our actions and investments. Over the years, our company and our people have made a difference. We are proud of our work with organizations such as Illumination Foundation, Ronald McDonald House, OC Rescue Mission, Orange County Animal Care, Autism Spectrum Interventions, OC Food Bank, HomeAid Orange County, Anaheim Chamber of Commerce, Orangewood Foundation, Muzeo, and Renewable Farms.
