Pelican Suites offers its guests refined elegance with old world European style, a graceful atmosphere and impeccable personalized service. In addition, our recent developments include the complete rehabilitation of Cortona Inn & Suites, a 127 unit property, featuring kids suites and various other unique amenities, and the award acclaimed Doubletree Guest Suites at the Anaheim Resort. This 252 all-suite property brought our team Doubletree’s Developer of the Year Award in 2004. The property’s unique design and décor was recognized by the Anaheim Arts Council for “Best Art in Public Places - Vibrant Modern Art” in 2006. In addition, Prospera recently acquired three strategic land parcels located within the Anaheim GardenWalk development, in the heart of the Anaheim Resort. Anaheim Gardenwalk is a mixed-use development encompassing 440,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment, approximately 600,000 square feet of timeshare units and hotels totaling 866 rooms.
